This name is my dad's nickname for my mom. Her maiden name was Smith, so he took the German form of this (Schmitz) and added kook for kooky. When he writes it though, the oo's in kook have eyeballs and eyelashes, lol.

Canada Post Strike
Canada Post workers have been ordered back to work on Dec 17, but packages are not being accepted until Dec 19. It will take them some time to sort through packages that are already in the system. The increased volume with other carriers continues to result in delayed deliveries for everyone. Delivery estimates may be inaccurate, and delivery after Christmas should be anticipated.
